Movable wireless power transmission by use of directional coupler

(in English) We have shown the possibility of one-dimensional wireless power transmission based on a directional coupler ordirectional filter for the first time. The key issues of the present application include a broad-side coupling of two signal lines, usage of one of the two signal lines for the power transmission line with modification to a simple straight line,and circuit matching. The demonstration experiment is carried out using 1w microwave power with 2.45GHz. It has alsobeen shown that the directional filter version gives 0 dB coupling ,while the directional coupler version only exhibits 3dB coupling.
