Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We propose a interface for millimeter-wave near field communications to realize gigabit rate communications with small and simple architecture. An interface that have latitude in two-dimensional allocation and rotation was studied. Its interface have insertion loss of 22dB or less bandwidth in 10mm declination. A package substrate of RF module with built-in interface had been studied, and confirmed that its interface is suitable for near field and gigabit communications.
