A Velocity Estimation Method for Multiple Targets by Using Standing Wave Rader

(in English) Standing wave radar has a simple configuration and can measure short range such as distances down to zero meters accurately by using standing wave. However, in the estimation of target velocity, the conventional method of standing wave radar leads to incorrect values of the velocities and distances in the presence of multiple targets. In this paper, we propose the new method by which the velocities and distances
can be estimated for multiple targets accurately. We verify the validity of our method by simulations. As a result, it has been confirmed that the proposed method can accurately estimate velocities and distances.
