In this paper, a novel lossless image coding method based on the lifting wavelet transform using discrete-time cellular neural networks (DT-CNNs) with chaos noise is proposed.
In our method, the image is interpolated by using the nonlinear interpolative dynamics of DTCNNs.
Moreover, the adaptive chaos noise is used to avoid the local minimimum problem of DT-CNNs dynamics for the improvement of the prediction ability of DT-CNNs.
The experimental results shows a better coding performance compared with the conventional methods. |
