Biased Index Distribution Technique and its Application for P2P File Search

(in English) In various distributed applications, push-type information distribution
technique in which information are distributed by information providers has been popular.
In systems without servers and databases to manage overall systems,
the area of distribution by such techniques is equidistance
to each direction.
That is, the information is not delivered to someone which needs it, and
the distribution cost wastes.
In this paper, we propose an information distribution technique in which the
area of distribution is biased by the track record, {\it i.e.}, usage
history. By our technique, we can appropriately deliver the information to
the area which needs the information without wasting cost.
Additionally, we apply our technique to P2P file search systems, and we
simulate and analyze its effect.
