The feature of the service, the reality of the practical use, case study and technical issues are described.
To improve Internet service value, system must be designed for consumers and operators view.
System design and service strategic issues are discussed from user identity management, ID federation and standardization of authentication.
Balance adjustment and how to solve of the difference among the analysis of needs of various stake holders, interest and policy as well as the technical side are considered.
