(in English) As for the present digital sainage, region correspondent electronic advertisements have been widely used in streets. However, there is still no methodology for objectively measuring the effect of these advertisements, though it is important for advertisement distribution. Thus, in this study, we propose a digital sainage system which can analyze the relations between purchases and advertisements, where the terminal information of the persons receiving the advertisements can be real-time tracked using regional network. In the proposed system, the preference information and position information can be collected automatically by the regional network. At the time of the first advertising distribution and store server connection, the statistics characteristics of entering the store can be obtained. The proposed system can be used for small-scale store in an area and can be used to perform effective advertisement distribution according to the users’ characteristics. It can be expected that this system will contribute to regional industry creation and regional vitalization.
