| (in English) | In this paper, we present a new design of the phase sensitive detector (PSD). A PSD is one of most important parts of a signal processing circuit and a lot of PSD architectures have been suggested so far. We designed a simple PSD using a switched capacitor technique. A switched capacitor PSD enables us to detect signals from fast frequency wave forms precisely. In addition to the fundamental feature of PSD, a switched capacitor PSD has a function of FM demodulation. We introduce characteristics of the switched capacitor PSD and show a fundamental orthogonal fluxgate sensor as its application. | |
