Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We have some 3D CT data which are already segmented to each organ for constructing Statistical Shape Model. Using this 3D CT data we construct SSM and we extract each organs shape and combine it for constructing Partial Statistical Shape Model. For estimation of organ shape, we tune parameter of P-SSM for fitting to real organ surface and get the other organ shape. Finally, We found relationship between organs which is next to it and will construct Atlas Network of Human body
