| (in English) | The purpose of this study was to develop a computerized estimation method for setup error in radiation therapy. The setup errors were estimated based on a template matching technique between digitally reconstructed radiography (DRR) image and portal image. The residual error between the setup errors determined by oncologists and our method was calculated for evaluation of our method. We applied our method to 10 cases with prostate cancer. The average residual error was 2.85±1.08mm in Euclidean distance. | |
