(in English) Minimum rectilinear Steiner arborescence problem (MRSA) is to find an rectilinear Steiner arborescence (RSA) rooted at the origin that minimizes the total length of the line segments for a given P in a plane.
Rao et al. presented a greedy heuristic algorithm in the case where all the points of P is in the first quadrant.
In this report, we introduce a perturbation on the greedy choice in the algorithm and investigate the effect by computational experiments.
