| (in English) | It is known that the difference of the contraction movement appears in pulmonary diseases such as COPD and interstitial pneumonia. It is not possible to analyze regional pulmonary function in lungs though the inspection method of the pulmonary function has using spirometer. But it is insufficient for discovery and fixed quantity evaluation of inconsequential lesion. Therefore, in this study, it proposes the technique for analyzing the pulmonary function of the inspiration and expiration CT images using the registration method by computer. However, it is difficult to do registration of the inspiration and expiration CT images because the shape of the lungs is greatly different. Thus, we perform his registration in two stages by the global matching and the local matching to the CT images. The image of pulmonary function was made by the result that had been obtained by registration. And, the image of pulmonary function analyzed the case of the normal and COPD and interstitial pneumonia those has abnormality in pulmonary function. | |
