| (in English) | CBB (Connection by Boeing) system were withdrawn in the end of 2006 because of those low transmission rate and so on, so the ubiquitous environment in the cabin has been fell behind the times. But many demand for in-cabin communication system such as mobile phone, wireless LAN, e-mail, web surfing, so European airline has started trial use of cellular phone and in-cabin e-mail, and American airline also has planned to start the operation of cellular phone in-cabin. In Japan, we are now developing broadband communication system in 48GHz band between airplane and ground. | |
