Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Photonic label recognition system consisting of a two-dimensional filter, a time compensator and time gates is proposed. For 64-bit orthogonal Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) labels at 160~Gbit/s, 64 different labels are distinguished by a two-dimensional filter which consists of an array of matched filters. The contrast ratio of 14.7dB is obtained at the output by computer simulation.
