We had developed the information gathering/sharing system in which contents are obtained by GPS embedded cell phones. The pictures and explanation concerning to the spots are displayed on the GoogleMaps in this system. This system did not show the time information visually, therefore it is not easy to judge whether the information is new or not. The only cell phones can be used to send the spot information. Accordingly, developed system can not be applied in the disaster such as big earthquake in which terrestrial network breaks down. We have investigated to solve these problems. The new display method is implemented to enhance visibility by introducing time series display of incidents by using Web API. The satellite system is considered to compose the proposed system. It is verified that the required functions work without any problems by the experiments that were carried out by using cell phones and satellite link simulator. |
