Experimental Study of Cooperative Spectrum Sensing Using Cyclostationarity

(in English) In cognitive radio systems, the cyclostationary feature detection can be used for signal classification. Computer simulations show that cyclostationary feature detection is capable of differentiating the primary signal, interference and noise. In this paper, the cyclostationary feature detector is implemented on hardware and a field trial of cyclostationary detection is conducted. However, detection performance degradation can be caused by the frequency drift at the sensing station. The method that compensates the frequency drift is proposed. The experimental results show that the implemented cyclostationary feature detector can classify the modulation schemes successfully.
