Power Saving Mobile Sensor Networks by Relay Communication

(in English) Recently, mobile sensor networks are highlighted. In mobile sensor networks, sensor nodes have not only sensing facility but movement facility as well. Therefore, a few sensor nodes can cover large sensing area by moving around area. Additionally, dangerous area where people cannot enter into can be searched by sensor nodes moving the sensing points autonomously. Conventional method was proposed as a node movement control method using push-based broadcast. In this paper, we propose more efficient power reduction scheme by data relays among nodes on the rails.
