What is "communication RYOKU" for university students?

(in English) Recently, the phrase, “communication RYOKU” has been used in various situations. However, as yet, the construct and definition of it have not been established scientifically. University students have been instructed to improve their communication RYOKU in relation to career education and job hunting. Exploratory research on the image of “communication RYOKU” was conducted with university students. Qualitative data on associations and strong relationships to the phrase “communication RYOKU” and quantitative data on the kind of people that students consider to have good work related communication RYOKU were analyzed.
