| 抄録 | （和） | 脳卒中後遺症による半側空間無視を呈する人に対する口頭指示の難しさについて考察する。患者が左側の世界を認識できない、あるいは無視してしまうことに対して口頭にて修正を促しも上手くいかない。左側の世界に対しても徐々に注意を向けることができるように、理学療法士は患者と共に動きながら再学習を促していくことが必要になる。そのためには患者の身体にとっての上下・左右・前後という方向性をいかに身につけてもらうか、この点について考察する必要がある。次に患者は見たり触っている物との位置関係を複数の次元で捉えることが必要となってくる。患者から見た視点、反対に見ている物から患者を見た視点、さらに上空から患者と物との位置関係を把握しているような、複数の視点を持つことが必要となる。このような視点を変換する能力をいかに獲得するかという難しい問題があるが、このような視点を変換する能力を支える働きとして身体図式の役割についても吟味する。具体的には再獲得を目指している動作を理学療法士と共に練習している中で、身体図式が変化している例を臨床場面の現象を記述しながら考えていきたい。 |
| （英） | The purpose of this report is to consider the point how to tell the direction (the top and bottom, the right and left, and the back and forth) to the person of the unilateral spatial neglect. The person of the unilateral spatial neglect tries to deal only with the event caused in the right world that can turn one's mind. The tendency to disregard the left world more and more becomes strong for that. Even if the patient moves alone like this state, the body schema cannot be converted. Therefore, it is needed that the physical therapist practices motion with the patient. | |
