高速道路の料金所における立入者防止システムの紹介

高速道路の料金所からの立入者を原因とする交通事故を未然に防止するため，立入者防止システムを開発した．背景には，平成20年における京都府域の高速道路立入者件数は 管理者が把握している件数だけでも157件にのぼり，死亡事故を含む大規模な事故につながる要因となっており，早急な対策が必要とされていたことがあげられる．システムの開発にあたり，ETCレーンを監視している既設カメラからの映像を使うこと，すでに保有している画像処理技術を活用することにより，安価なシステムを短期間で開発，平成21年12月には名神高速道路大山崎ICへ導入し試行運用を開始したので，その内容について紹介する． |

To prevent the traffic accident of which it caused the intruder from the toll gate in the expressway beforehand, the intruder prevention system was developed. It is given to the background that the number of expressway intruders of Kyoto Prefecture regions in 2008 was factors that rise to 157 only even the number of cases that the manager understands, and cause a large-scale accident including the fatal accident, and immediate measures were needed. Because the affordable system will be developed in a short term, be introduced into Meishin Expressway Oyamazaki IC by using the image from the existing camera that observes the ETC lane when the system is developed, and using the image processing technique that has already been had in December, 2009, and the trial operation begin, it introduces the content. |
