| (in English) | This paper describes evaluation of mutual interferences between RVC (road to vehicle communications) and IVC (inter-vehicle communications) on the multi-class zone ITS communications scheme. There are three types of communications in the multi-class zone ITS communication scheme, that is, the first category of intersection RVC in the close area of each intersection, the second category of intersection RVC in quasi-close area of each intersection, and IVC in the other area. The second category of intersection RVC and IVC interfere with each other. The influence of these mutual interferences in both suburb and metropolis intersections is evaluated by using a microscopic traffic flow simulator including communications. Simulation results show that the influence of mutual interferences is small enough in either intersection. | |
