新たなドライバーの増加によりETCカードの未挿入など異常車両のレーンへの進入は、後をたたないのが現状である。その場合はETCレーンを閉鎖することとなる。閉鎖を解除する場合は、収受員がレーンに出向くこととなり、作業には危険性をともなうとともに、解除に時間を要することから、遠隔で操作実施することが求められているため、遠隔での操作の第一ステップとして開発した機器の説明と試行結果を報告するものである。 |

ETC lane because of increase of new drivers. In these cases, barriers are not activated and the lane is to be closed for a while. To release closure, an attendant at the toll gate office away from the lane (not at the non-ETC toll gate booth, the same shall apply hereinafter) has to come to the lane. This work is very dangerous for him and takes time. Therefore, remote operation is strongly required.This report consists of explanation and trial result on newly developed gate bar (barrier) for remote operation. |
