In recent years, study of the microwave assisted chemical reaction becomes popular. To use for the combinatorial biochemistry field, we have been manufacturing the TM110 rectangle resonator which heats eight wells of a well-plate at the same time in the same way. In this research, heating behavior of the wells in the resonating cavity for 2.45GHz band is described. |
