Resizable Image Compression using Seam Carving

(in English) In this paper, we present a resizable image compression using seam carving method. Resizing in a receiving side requires transmitting an image data and a seam data. In this paper, we propose block-based seam carving method, which require less amount of seam data than traditional seam carving method. We also present a compression technique which reconstructs an image using interpolation from a resized image and a seam data.
