Generic Object Recognition with multiple Local features for Information Presentation system

(in English) This is to propose the information display system aimed at applications to the welfare field such as memory compensation and language rehabilitation. In this system, the USB camera installed in a notebook PC takes the image of an object. Then multiple local features extracted from the image are pieced together to identify the object. Local features have been obtained so far in a passive way that the aphasic answer the questions asked by a speech therapist in speech therapy. This system would allow the aphasic themselves to get situational information about the name of the object at which they point the USB camera. It is expected to be able to change rehabilitation into something more active.
