(in English) Our research group is developing a capsular detrusor pressure measurement system.
In this system, communication errors easily occur because of wireless communications with small antennas driven by slightly weak electric power. Furthermore, since the battery capacity is very small owing to the small volume of the capsule, it is necessary to reduce energy as much as possible to realize long time measurement.
In this paper, we propose a custom processor which implements specific instructions to detect and correct the communication error with low energy.
Experimental results show that 92\% energy reduction is achieved by the implementation using specific instruction compared to the implementation with only RISC(Reduced Instruction Set Computer) instruction sets.
