(in English) To improve the controllability of ultrasonic linear motors of longitudinal-bending mode, we develop a multi-layered transducer. The transducer has independent electrode sets for the 1st longitudinal mode and the 2nd bending mode. The optimal shape and area of the electrodes were investigated. The transducer with optimal electrode pattern gave the reduction temperature rise in motor operation. The driving characteristics of the trial motor were examined experimentally. It was confirmed that the speed characteristics of the motor was linear and constrained dead-zone.
