(in English) Ontology Oriented Architecture (OOA) has been proposed to actualize an annotation system which is able to
extract meaningful information from large and complex data. OOA is an information model for processing semantic
information. In the model, all semantic information is related to substantial data and method. In the present study, we have
performed a fundamental study about the operation method of concept and instance on ontology and semantic information
processing using ontology.
