In this paper, we discuss the materials which called “Resin slide materials” which use on a glass-run-channel for automotive windows. In recent years, customer needs for quality of industrial products have been increasing. In addition, the company makes auto motive rubber product decided high level product specification to their product. Therefore, they needs to improve the quality of their products. In this paper, In this paper, based on design of experiment, we discuss effective factors and process average related to abrasion resistance of resin slide materials by using abrasion resistance test data in an automotive rubber company. In addition, we consider the obtained data as time-series data, and we estimate parameter of distribution by using weibull probability paper to consideration the effect of factor which is regarded as significant from point of view of reliability. Then, we conduct reliability function of each level of each factor. Next, we consider the characteristic of temporal alteration of resistance of resin slide materials. In this paper, we aim to improve the quality of products based on result of these analysis. |
