Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In general, an ambulance officer contacts some hospitals directly, and searches the spot of emergency care. It takes a long time to search for and determine an emergency patient's acceptance hospitals. As a result, the state of "rotation" is caused. We use the chat system as broadcast communication means to attempt to shorten the search time. We propose the transportation hospital search model in emergency medical care that uses the shared empty information on Cloud. In our evaluation result, it has been understood that the proposed model is effective as the search model in the emergency medical care.
