Externalization of Presentation Space Based on Scenario

(in English) This paper proposes a framework of supporting presentation. Our objective is to develop a presentation tool that promotes understanding of a presentation story for both presenters and audience. Such tool requires two functions. One is to support composing a presentation scenario. The other is to externalize a presentation document based on a scenario. In our framework, presenters organize topics into a hierarchical structure in a mind-mapping style. This makes it easy to construct a topic structure by using top-down approach. In externalizing a presentation document, topics are automatically arranged in a three-dimensional space based on a scenario. By locating topics in higher levels behind those in lower levels, a presentation context is expressed. Therefore, it is easy to grasp the position of an ongoing topic in a presentation. Based on these approaches, we have implemented a prototyped presentation tool.
