A Push-Push Oscillator Array Coupled by Microstrip Resonators

(in English) In this paper, a Push-Push oscillator array is proposed. The push-push oscillators are connected by a coupling circuit which consists of a microstrip resonator and a varactor diode. The phase shift between the output signals of the oscillators is achieved by the phase difference of the reflection coefficients of the coupling circuits. The phase difference is changed by the reactance of the varactor diode. The basic performance of the oscillator array using two push-push oscillators is investigated. The push-push oscillator array is designed in Ku band. The phase shift produced between two oscillators is 451 degrees at 14.74 GHz.
