Recently, with the appearance of various live-streaming distribution services, the demand for private distribution services is increasing. These contents in the service are provided by an individual user, and therefore the distributor has narrow bandwidth. One of effective ways to reduce transmission load of distributor is to adopt P2P technology. The P2P live-streaming distribution services actually become popular. Our proposed P2P live streaming system indicates high performance in private distribution. However, the system has not been well considered, the performance degradation when nodes leave. This paper presents and evaluates churn tolerant P2P live-streaming system suitable for private distribution. In this paper, we focus on the maintenance of important nodes. Our adequate method for network construction gives us resilience for churn. |
