Stream Data Analysis Application for Customer Behavior with Complex Event Processing

(in English) We propose a new CEP(Complex Event Processing)-based data analysis service that makes real-time use of the streaming data which are successively collected from RFID tags, etc. Concretely speaking, we collect the moving information of the customer in the food supermarket store as streaming data and use the data to predict the customer type of the customer who is shopping on the spot. At the same time, we use the streaming data to update the models for predicting the customer type in real time. By using the streaming data in real time, we can provide the real-time services to the guest who is shopping in the store. Furthermore, we implement the proposed method with CEP which is the basic technology for processing the streaming data and show the application results with the synthetic data.
