| (in English) | Emerging new devices such as sensors and RFIDs produce huge amount of data, and modern data processing systems must handle the huge amount of data in the real-time fashion. Stream data processing, which continuously processes the data as a flow, has proposed and accepted as a new data processing paradigm. In this presentation, we describe the background of the stream data processing research and its core technologies such as data processing model, language, data processing engine. We also introduce the latest research activities and stream data processing applications in the real world. | |
