| (in English) | The endoscope opinion classification and the biopsy pathology organization opinion classification are used for the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. The template match was made to adjust to 23 large intestine endoscope images in this examination, and the vessel extraction was done. It characterizes about the extracted blood vessel, and it has been extracted that the number of the blood vessel and the average blood vessel length from processing of the labeling ..the blood vessel length.. from the line thinning processing. Height, the half value width, and steep were requested from the transition to the number of the blood vessel and the threshold from among that, it compared with the biopsy pathology organization opinion classification, and the maximum correlation in that requested the obtained parameter. As a result, height to threshold of number of blood vessel and correlation coefficient with biopsy pathology organization opinion. 07288 was obtained. | |
