Additional Information Sharing with P2P technology in User Generated Content Distribution

(in English) UGC are popular today and variety of services offering UGC (User Generated Content) already exist.Niconico Doga is one of these services. The specialty of this service is that it handles comments posted by viewers as well. In Niconico Doga, users enjoy comments as additional information for videos. The channel capacity occupied by the additional information will be bigger in the future. Taking it into account, network traffic and server load will increase as long as using client-server network. In this paper, we propose the ECTI method that incorporate P2P technology for sharing additional information among users. In the ECTI method, query messages contain time information, and only the information posted after the designated time is transmitted in the network to further
reduce the traffic. The effectiveness is verified by computer simulations.
