(in English) For the next generation mobile broadband systems such as IMT-Advanced, the CoMP (Coordinated Multi-Point joint transmission) technique has attracted a lot of attention to improve a throughput at the cell-edge.
So we developed a MIMO temporal-spatial channel sounder for estimating the CoMP and carried out measurements of both the single-site MIMO and the multi-site cooperative MIMO in outdoor NLOS environments.
Then we clarified the spatial correlation characteristics of these MIMO techniques based on measured data.
