From viewpoint of complex system, behavior of nonlinear surface acoustic wave has been much interested in application to engineering field of next-generation. 2nd harmonic in nonlinear surface acoustic wave on a LiNbO3 single crystal shows nonlinear behavior as solitary wave. In this work, dynamic behavior of nonlinear surface acoustic pulses on LiNbO3 single crystal was investigated and then it was found that the waveform of a 2nd harmonic kept sharp pulse rather than that of fundamental even when their pulses were propagated in the dispersive region. |
