Bandpass Sigma-Delta Domain Digital Wave Filters

(in English) The use of bandpass sigma-delta (BPSD) modulators is increasing with digitalization of communication circuits.
This paper presents digital wave filters (DWF) that process BPSD signals directly.
Recently, we have proposed DWF that are built by using quantum-effect devices and process baseband sigma-delta (BBSD) modulated signals.
The filters in this paper can be realized by applying a Z-domain transformation to BBSD-DWF.
Thus, as well as BBSD-DWF, this BPSD-DWF can be realized desired characteristics easily by using the design method of analog distributed parameter filters.
