(in English) We experimentally investigate relationships between nonverbal behaviors such as the amount of utterance, hand movement and head direction, and subjective atmosphere created during a triadic conversation, in order to establish a technique for automatically estimating atmosphere in interpersonal communication. In this paper, we explain the third party rating experiment in which 14 university students (7 males and 7 females) participated. We also report on the results of comparing self with third party evaluation about the relationships between nonverbal behaviors and atmosphere.
