This paper describes the enhancement of the measurement speed by delay time compensation caused in detection electronics.
Direct application of two-way data scan enables us to reduce the measurement
time to a half.
However, it also causes deterioration of captured 2D image due to influence of the signal delay.
An electronic circuit was developed to compensate this signal delay.
It is shown that high quality 2D image is obtainable when the circuit is applied at the two-way data scan.
Compared with the conventional one-way scan, the average sampling rate was made double. |
