A study of psychological suppression detection based on non-verbal information

(in English) To prevent the remittance fraud, we study the detection of a phone phishing scam from victim’s voice information. As the result of experiments evoking the suppression of the victim, we found that such suppressed voice have the different feature from normal in articulation.
It’s a matter of the highest priority to get access to evaluation voice data when studying the detecting scheme. So we designed experiments evoking the suppression of the victim, and recorded the voice. Also, the voice data was subjectivity evaluated, and then picked out 11 data which the voice tone clearly changed from normal. As a result of analyzing the voice data, the articulation of the suppressed voice tends to be lower than the normal voice.
