(in English) In the field of medical information, ICT has been applied into a variety of areas, such as an on-line system for RECEPT or the arrangement of community health information networks. On the other hand, there are few reports about the requirements for the electric medical record systems which were investigated by medical doctors. This report shows the requirements based on the analysis of the heart surgeon’s business model. An experimental instrument which has a part of roles in the requirements has been implemented. The evaluation results which have been done in Nihon University hospital are also reported
