Noise in inverter power supply circuits become problems device with advanced high speed switching. And, Noise characteristics analysis on power supply circuits is difficult. Because, it has a strong nonlinearity to treat large power. Noise prediction before trial has been very difficult. We could not help evaluating and supporting noise issue after trial manufacturing. It caused to increase cost.
In this paper, we describe new conduction noise analysis method using circuit analysis by new model based on RF circuit techniques. And we developed equivalent circuits, and analysis conduction noise using new model. As the result, we achieved error of less than 3% at peak frequency. |
