Multiple Sound Source Localization Method with Forgetting Factor depending on Variation of Evaluation Function Value

(in English) In this paper, we study on a multiple sound source localization method
using two microphones. In speech signals, there are several
time-frequency regions denominated by the single source energy because
of the speech sparseness and frequency energy localization characteristic
even if multiple sound sources exist simultaneously. In such regions, we
can carry out the sound source localization using two microphones.
In the method, we prevent a accuracy degradation by the PAST-IPLS.
In addition, we adjust a forgetting factor value used in the PAST
depending on a variation of evaluation function value. Several experimental
results in actual room environments are shown to present the effectiveness
of proposed method.
