(in English) The aim of performing a plastic surgery operation of upper eyelids, the problem occurred, completeness of the form made was different greatly for the difference of skill and the sense of the cosmetic surgeon . It was thought that a template of the shape of the upper eyelid is effective for solving its problem. Therefore, in this study, I performed a classification by the upper eyelid's curves. Using its result, I developed and simulated a support system which can make a template shape for a plastic surgery operation. As a result, it was turned out making of the proper template shape of upper eyelid's curves is possible.
