Numerical Study on the Quasi-periodic Behavior in Coupled MEMS Resonators

(in English) Phenomena such as quasiperiodic oscillations and synchronization can occur in coupled resonators. In the design of the coupled system, it is necessary to understand the specific properties of the individual resonator and the coupled system. In this paper we focus the numerical simulation of coupled MEMS resonators. We discuss the collective behavior of the coupled system according to the change in the coupling parameter.
