(in English) Inferences in Markov random fields are ones of the most important problems in information science.
Susceptibility propagations are the message passing type algorithm formulated in terms of belief propagations and linear response formulas.
They successfully give approximate schemes to compute covariances in Markov random fields
and have been applied to a wide range of applications, for example learning and inference in Boltzmann machines.
In the presented paper, we propose a new scheme to make improvements to the susceptibility propagations
and show the validity of our proposed method by using some numerical experiments.
Our proposed scheme gives better results with the same order of computational cost as the conventional one.
