Researches indicated that the form of silver/tungsten contact material arc burnout at 400Hz is stasis, not an eddy flow style at 50Hz; meanwhile」ャthe area of the contact burnout at 400Hz is less than that of 50Hz, and the local ablation on the surface layer at 400Hz is more serious. Among CAgW50, CAgNi10, CAgC4 and CAgCdO15 contact material at 400Hz, no matter what the performances of arc erosion resistance or welding resistance, the capacities of the CAgW50 material is the best. |
